Navigating loss within a society that is largely uncomfortable with grief conversations and how to live with loss

Thank you for being here.I work with clinicians, healthcare providers, educators, organizations, and teams who want to support well-being by making space for grief-- not as a problem to solve, but as a human experience we all carry. My passion for this work is shaped by lived experience as a bereaved mother and by the profound impact of presence, care, and community during times of loss.Through speaking and education, I aim to help bring grief into our shared language so we can care for one another and ourselves, with greater compassion.
